The details for Entire 08/09 season are incorrect. They should read You have incorrectly calculated the amount spent by Tottenham in the 08/09 season. The amounts that you've stated total £74.5m, whereas you've listed it as £128.5m.

I have noticed an error in the the details for Liverpool. Your effort in producing the site is to be commended but after studying your figures I would have to question the accuracy of a lot of your figures having kept records of transfers myself as & when they happen. I find my independent figures collate very well with the figures contained within a good source for historical information regarding Liverpool FC,. Here you will find details of every transfer ever made in Liverpool Football Clubs history. You should visit the site as you will find it will give you some more accurate figures & the make up of the total as well as some figures you do not have. Other clubs may have similar resources available on the internet.

Here is a summary using lfchistory.net figures which I am in agreement about :

1.Robbie Keane – Deal was £19m plus add-ons relating to success & performance to £20.3m. I think it is now safe to assume he will not achieve those add-ons!

2.Robbie Keane – to Spurs. Deal was £16m rising to £19m relating to winning silverware with Spurs. He is in a position to achieve those add-ons.

3.Peter Crouch – Deal was worth £11m, £8.75m rising to £11m.

4.Fernando Torres - £20.2m or £20m The Luis Garcia was not part of this deal. Stated repeatedly by the club at the time that these were two separate, unrelated deals. Also supported by fact Torres took a pay cut to move which is supported by his recent contract renegotiation.

5.Gabriel Paletta - £1.2m to Boca Juniors with LFC retaining 50% of his economic rights & allowing LFC permission to turn Insua loan into permanent deal

6.Lucas Leiva – signed for £5m

7.Alou Diarra – omitted from your list. Transferred out for £2m 2005

8.Mark Gonzalez – Bought for £1.5m 2005/06 & sold for £3.5m 2007/08

9.Antonio Nunez – Sold for £2m 2005/06

10.Michael Owen - £8.5m received

As a side note they make Liverpool’s net spend since start of premiership at under £180m.

that's a total of 30m missing quite a large number. also man utd only paid 2m for tevez loan .

The details for Lucas Leiva are incorrect. I'm a Manchester United fan but in order for your figures to be credible in an argument you need to change the Lucas figure from £9m to £6m.

Rest looks spot on though - good job! Bit of confusion perhaps with the Torres figure where you've listed it as £26m including £4m for Luis Garcia, and also included the Garcia fee in the sales.

I have altered the league to put Lucas Levia's fee at £ 6 million . The source for my initial figures was lucasleiva.net which had his fee at €12 million which is where I got the £9 million quoted. I now believe this site is incorrect and £6 million is the accurate figure.
